Project Regulator commends the FCA have taken on-board the projects consultation response to CP17/11 in a recent policy statement on the Implementation of the revised PSD2 in allowing the use of the term ‘banking services’ for non-banks. Project Regulator will focus on working alongside regulatory bodies on how payment and banking terminology is used within the market to improve communication and understanding by the consumer.
