Why Join Us?
At The Payments Association, we’re a collaborative, inclusive, and purpose-driven team of around 40—and growing. We’re passionate about transforming the payments industry for the better, and we know that starts with our people.

We believe culture isn’t just words on a page. It’s how you feel on a Sunday night. It’s support, recognition, shared success, and knowing exactly how you contribute. It’s being seen, valued, and heard.

Our Culture
Intentional Growth: Our team has doubled in the past few years, and we’re committed to growing in a way that preserves what makes us special.
Employee Voice: Our Culture Club—volunteers from across the business—drive real change based on genuine feedback.

Our Values
We’re proud to live by values that reflect who we are and how we work:

  • Customer Centricity
Walk in the shoes of the customer and treat them as you would like to be treated.
  • Be Brave and Dream Big
Set an example by taking the lead and proactively taking initiative.
  • Not Everyone is the Same — Respect Other
Be kind. Embrace all differences without judgement. Everyone will need a helping hand at some point.
  • Bring Your Ideas to the Table
Every idea matters, and no question is insignificant.

These aren’t just words — they shape our decisions, drive our actions, and define our team culture.
