The Payments Association is delighted to announce the new Benefactor behind the Payments Association’s Project Banking Access, Galileo Processing. The project, formerly called Project Rome, under its new specification will deliver a number of activities to raise awareness of the threat to bank accounts for PayTechs due to de-risking and to support non-bank PSPs when becoming Third Party Providers under PSD2. One of the first initiatives under the rebranded Project Banking Access will be the publication of a guidance piece for early stage FinTechs and PayTechs on the challenges of de-risking.
