Valitor, a global leader in Fintech payment service provision has announced the acquisition of Chip & PIN Solutions, one of the UK’s most innovative card based payment providers. The move brings in 7000 merchants and clients such as Flybe, Virgin Trains, Domino’s Pizza and Weight Watchers and comes less than two months after Valitor completed its acquisition of International Payment Services (IPS) Ltd, the UK based payment specialist.
