Siobhain Ivers

Siobhain is responsible for several global compliance programs at Etsy. Etsy is a global marketplace for unique and creative goods with a mission to keep commerce human. Prior to joining Etsy, Siobhain held a number of senior compliance roles at Meta (formerly Facebook), the most recent being that of Director of Compliance Oversight, responsible for global compliance programs for Meta’s regulated payments entities. Siobhain is currently Chairperson of the Compliance Institute’s Fintech and Payments Working Group. Siobhain recently finished a Masters degree in Ethics and Corporate Responsibility, completing a minor thesis on the ethical use of technology in credit decisioning. Siobhain is a regular speaker at various compliance and financial crime events in the US and Europe.
