Simon is Director of Policy and Communications for Stop Scams UK. Before joining in October 2021, Simon was Head of Government Affairs at Three, leading the business’ response to major policy initiatives in the telecoms policy space, including the Shared Rural Network and Covid. Before that Simon worked in senior positions across a number of Government Departments including DCMS, BEIS as also on the Leveson Inquiry into phone hacking. Between 2014 and 2002 Simon was a Councillor for the London Borough of Waltham Forest and Cabinet Member for Economic Growth and Housing Development where he led work on multi-million pound regeneration projects.
