She works closely with Stop Scams UK enabling Vodafone Three to contribute fully to cross-sector collaborative work tackling fraud and scams. Her expertise includes stakeholder engagement, issue management and corporate reputation. She gained insight into the financial and emotional impact of fraud and scams whilst serving as a Trustee for Citizens Advice.
