Caroline Kennedy

Caroline Kennedy, the Head of Risk & Compliance in Pagonxt Payments UK, has worked in the Banking Industry throughout her career, in Treasury, Operations and Compliance roles. Caroline joined Santander UK in 2018 and transferred internally to Pagonxt in 2021. Pagonxt is a payments company, a fintech, created by and part of the Global Santander Group. During this time, Caroline has led both 1LOD & 2LOD teams in Santander. Caroline has overseen the design, development and implementation of AML & Sanctions controls, including payments and customers screening. Prior to Santander, Caroline was the Global Head of Anti Money Laundering Operations at HSBC, leading a team of Transaction Monitoring and AML system experts.
