Payzone and allpay are pleased to announce new enhancements to their relationship benefiting clients, their processes and efficiency.

“We are thrilled to announce our latest enhancement to the Payzone Bill Payment service, which will provide real-time payment notifications to our clients using the Payzone network for rent, bill or debt collection.” Says Andrew Goddard, Payzone. “By partnering with allpay, we are delivering a seamless and efficient customer experience that allows our clients to track all transactions, improving productivity and providing them with up-to-date payment information. This is another step towards our commitment to providing our clients with the best possible service and ensuring customer satisfaction”.

Tony Killeen, Chief Executive Officer of allpay, comments: “It is essential for businesses to be able to monitor and react to transactions, particularly when it comes to payments and consumer satisfaction. Through our collaboration with Payzone, we are able to scale up our payment solution offering, innovating the future of payments over the counter. We have seen our existing relationship go from strength to strength and we are excited to launch the next level of our payment solution offering with Real Time Notifications improving efficiency, better management, and productivity.”

It can be difficult to track cash payments alongside digital payments, however allpay’s Real Time Notifications add a level of efficiency to this process. From the 1st of April 2023, all clients opting to use our Real Time Notifications solution using the Payzone network for rent, bill or debt collection will be able to receive alerts when a customer completes a payment transaction.

Real-Time Payment Notifications deliver updates in real-time to businesses of all transactions, improving productivity and customer experience. These notifications are for successful payments, declined payments and refunds. For rent, bill, and debt collectors, having payment information in real-time allows them to update their customer balances much faster than waiting for the Payment Information Files (PIFs) which take a day to come through. For urgent payments like eviction cases, debt repayments, deposits, and court fines this is very important.

Analytics provided by Real Time Notifications from allpay, allow clients to save money, as they can focus their debt collection efforts on customers who haven’t paid, by acting on up-to-date information. The insight given into declined payments will also give clients better visibility on customer behaviour and product effectiveness as Payment Information Files only contain successful payments, although it is worth noting that this is an additional service and Payment Information Files will still be available the next working day.

Tip: Check your spam

Sometimes our e-mails end up in spam. Make sure to check your spam folder for e-mails from The Payments Association

Tip: Check “other” tabs

Most modern e-mail clients now separate e-mails into different tabs. For example, Outlook has an “Other” tab, and Gmail has tabs for different types of e-mails, such as promotional.

Tip: Click the link within 60 minutes

For security reasons the link will expire after 60 minutes. Try submitting the login form again and wait a few seconds for the e-mail to arrive.

Tip: Only click once

The link will only work one time – once it’s been clicked, the link won’t log you in again. Instead, you’ll need to go back to the login screen and generate a new link.

Tip: Delete old login e-mails

Make sure you’re clicking the link on the most recent e-mail that’s been sent to you. We recommend deleting the e-mail once you’ve clicked the link.

Tip: Check your security policies

Some security systems will automatically click on links in e-mails to check for phishing, malware, viruses and other malicious threats. If these have been clicked, it won’t work when you try to click on the link.
