FIS is working with The Clearing House to provide the US with a first-of-its-kind, real-time payments system, which will be available to all financial institutions nationwide. The companies are preparing to launch a pilot in Q1 2017 with early-adopter financial institutions, initially focusing on the bill payment use case, using FIS technology and operating via the TCH real-time payments platform.
