Ingenico Group (Euronext: FR0000125346 – ING), the global leader in seamless payments, announced the appointment of Stéphanie Fougou as Group General Counsel and General Secretary of the Board. Stéphanie Fougou joins Ingenico’s Executive Committee and reports to Group’s CEO Nicolas Huss. She is based in Paris.
Stéphanie Fougou has over twenty years’ experience in large companies. She started her career in 1998 in the Media industry at France Animation (Caisse des Dépôts group), before joining France Télécom/Orange, where she held various positions, such as Vice Group General Counsel in charge of international matters and strategic partnerships.
In 2011, she was appointed Group General Counsel of Club Mediterranée. In 2014, she joined Vallourec, where she spent four years as Group General Counsel and Executive Committee member. Since 2018, she was working at ACCOR as Group General Counsel heading Legal, Compliance, Insurance, Risks and CSR for the Group. She was also part of ACCOR Executive Committee. Stéphanie Fougou is a board member of Institut Pasteur.
Stéphanie Fougou has strong knowledge of General Management and developed a specific expertise on governance, compliance, risk assessment, international development and CSR matters.

Stéphanie Fougou holds a Master of European Law from Paris II Assas University (1997), a Master of Law & Management in Media from Paris-Sorbonne University (1998) as well as a Professional Lawyer’s Certificate (CAPA) from Paris Bar (2002).
