A revolution in cross-border payments is already underway. SWIFT’s global payment innovation (gpi) is the new payment tracking system taking the industry by storm. Described as the equivalent to Amazon’s parcel tracking capability for payments, it’s already shedding light into the mysterious world of international payments. But this is only the first wave of innovation that promises to change the landscape of global payments.
