- Identifying consumer-initiated vs bot-initiated transactions, and what frameworks or regulatory controls might be needed.

- The role of human specialists in training and supervising AI models for fraud, AML, and onboarding and other use cases.
- Continuous human review as a prerogative to prevent “unchecked” AI use.
- Developing skill sets – how can financial institutions, regulators, and industry associations support compliance teams.
