In today’s hyper-connected world, mobile communication is the backbone of business success. Ensuring accurate, secure, and cost-efficient communication begins with a clear understanding of mobile numbers. Mitto’s Mobile Intelligence, powered by advanced AI technology, is transforming how businesses validate, verify, and communicate with their customers.

Here’s how Mitto’s AI-driven Mobile Intelligence is reshaping the landscape of mobile communication.

The Role of AI in mobile intelligence

Artificial intelligence lies at the heart of Mitto’s Mobile Intelligence technology, enabling real-time insights and smarter decision-making. By leveraging machine learning algorithms, Mitto provides businesses with actionable data about mobile numbers, ensuring that every interaction is precise, secure, and optimized.

  • Data accuracy at scale: Mitto’s AI processes vast amounts of data from global telecom networks, identifying inactive, ported, or incorrectly formatted numbers with unmatched accuracy. This reduces the likelihood of failed communications and unnecessary costs.
  • Predictive analytics: AI-powered predictive models analyze patterns like SIM swaps, roaming activity, and number portability to flag potential anomalies before they become a problem.
  • Real-time decision-making: Mitto’s AI enables businesses to make split-second decisions on the best communication channels, routes, and formats for delivering messages—whether through SMS, voice, or chat apps.

How Mitto’s mobile intelligence technology works

Mitto’s platform integrates seamlessly with businesses through powerful APIs, delivering real-time insights powered by AI. Here’s how it works:

  1. Advanced number validation: AI algorithms determine whether a phone number is active, reachable, and correctly formatted.
  2. Carrier and portability identification: AI ensures accurate routing by detecting carrier changes or ported numbers, reducing delays and failed delivery attempts.
  3. Roaming detection: Businesses gain insight into whether a customer is roaming, allowing them to tailor communications to the user’s location.
  4. Fraud prevention: AI flags suspicious activity like frequent SIM swaps or anomalies in number usage, safeguarding businesses against fraudulent transactions.

AI-driven benefits for businesses

Mitto’s Mobile Intelligence technology doesn’t just provide data—it empowers businesses to act smarter, faster, and more effectively.

  • Optimised communication costs: By identifying invalid or inactive numbers, businesses can avoid spending on undelivered messages, maximizing their marketing budgets.
  • Enhanced security: Fraud detection powered by AI adds an extra layer of protection, ensuring sensitive information is only shared with verified users.
  • Improved customer experience: Real-time insights allow businesses to deliver personalized, timely messages, fostering stronger customer relationships.
  • Operational efficiency: AI automates the validation process, saving time and resources while ensuring accuracy.

Tip: Check your spam

Sometimes our e-mails end up in spam. Make sure to check your spam folder for e-mails from The Payments Association

Tip: Check “other” tabs

Most modern e-mail clients now separate e-mails into different tabs. For example, Outlook has an “Other” tab, and Gmail has tabs for different types of e-mails, such as promotional.

Tip: Click the link within 60 minutes

For security reasons the link will expire after 60 minutes. Try submitting the login form again and wait a few seconds for the e-mail to arrive.

The link will only work one time – once it’s been clicked, the link won’t log you in again. Instead, you’ll need to go back to the login screen and generate a new link.

Tip: Delete old login e-mails

Make sure you’re clicking the link on the most recent e-mail that’s been sent to you. We recommend deleting the e-mail once you’ve clicked the link.

Tip: Check your security policies

Some security systems will automatically click on links in e-mails to check for phishing, malware, viruses and other malicious threats. If these have been clicked, it won’t work when you try to click on the link.
