Polly is CMO at Tembo, a digital mortgage broker helping to boost affordability for buyers and homeowners. After joining the founding team in 2021, Polly has led brand, acquisition and partnerships. She has built a name for herself as an industry expert, appearing on ITV, BBC and C4 to provide clarity and insight into the mortgage market. Prior to Tembo, Polly was Marketing Director at payments FinTech GoodBox, and founded her own tech-for-good company TAP London, which is now run by the Mayor of London.
