Paul has worked in Banking since completing his Computer Science degree 20 years ago and 18 of those years have been within Fraud teams. He has worked across channels, products, and their related systems, such as Retail and Commercial for Plastics and Non-Plastics whilst also leading both analytics and project teams. Before joining Featurespace in 2022, he was focussed on introducing new instances of machine learning fraud detection systems for Lloyds Banking Group across various channels, including Open Banking. Since joining the Featurespace Product team, Paul has been working with new and existing customers to utilise and develop solutions with particular focus on PSR policy.
