Following the acquisition in November 2014, we are continuing to integrate the operations of Motivcom Plc and its subsidiaries (P&MM, AYMTM, Allsave, Filmology, Fotorama, Protravel, and The Voucher Shop). From 1st September 2016, the businesses will be condensed into two legal entities: Sodexo Motivation Solutions UK Ltd (SMS UK) and P&MM Travel Ltd (PMMT). We are therefore beginning a period of brand endorsement, with all acquired companies now starting to be referenced under the Sodexo brand umbrella until the new company is unified. Read more here.
