Project Inclusion championed the need to support the nation’s most vulnerable by providing the appropriate education and guidance to transit to inclusion in a report by the BBC. In an article focused on access to cash and the future of coins, the project team highlighted that more needed to be done to ensure the nation’s most vulnerable were given the education and guidance to allow them to have the chance to use mainstream digital services, rather than having to rely on cash.
