One of our favourite stories so far comes from Carbon Neutral Vending, a UK-based business rolling out smart vending machines that accept contactless and mobile payments. Their machines are in public spaces, so if a payment fails, there’s no shop assistant to help. They needed to know instantly if something wasn’t working.
