Cross-border payments are transforming rapidly with evolving regulations and technological advancements. As businesses navigate the complexities of global trade, DigiDoe Ltd. provides a robust solution to companies that balance compliance, security, and operational efficiency.

Addressing regulatory compliance

Businesses, including EMD Agents, face a challenge in cross-border transactions: complying with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. As global regulators like the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) push for increased transparency, businesses must adopt robust systems to meet these evolving requirements.

DigiDoe offers a comprehensive compliance solution, reducing compliance risks of fines while improving operational efficiency and increasing revenue.

Tackling Fraud with AI-Driven Solutions

Fraud is a significant concern in both domestic and cross-border payments, where vulnerabilities are often more prominent. DigiDoe’s platform integrates AI-driven fraud detection, using machine learning models to analyse real-time transaction patterns. Our adaptive technology evolves with emerging fraud tactics, providing proactive protection. By learning from historical data, the system reduces false positives, improving customer experience while enhancing security. Scalable and efficient, DigiDoe’s AI solution not only safeguards businesses but also supports their growth by managing increasing transaction volumes. According to the 2024 Anti-Fraud Technology Benchmarking Report, companies using AI saw a 40% reduction in fraud incidents, underscoring DigiDoe’s effectiveness in securing financial operations.

Increasing revenue through efficient payment solutions

International payments can be a business growth engine, but traditional banking systems often hinder this potential due to slow processing times and high fees. DigiDoe’s platform offers secure global transactions at comparatively lower costs, helping businesses expand globally without being weighed down by traditional financial inefficiencies. We help reduce operational friction so you can capitalise on global opportunities faster, giving you a competitive edge in international markets.

DigiDoe: a secure, scalable payment solution

I didn't receive an e-mail

Tip: Check your spam

Sometimes our e-mails end up in spam. Make sure to check your spam folder for e-mails from The Payments Association

Tip: Check “other” tabs

Most modern e-mail clients now separate e-mails into different tabs. For example, Outlook has an “Other” tab, and Gmail has tabs for different types of e-mails, such as promotional.

Tip: Click the link within 60 minutes

For security reasons the link will expire after 60 minutes. Try submitting the login form again and wait a few seconds for the e-mail to arrive.

Tip: Only click once

The link will only work one time – once it’s been clicked, the link won’t log you in again. Instead, you’ll need to go back to the login screen and generate a new link.

Tip: Delete old login e-mails

Make sure you’re clicking the link on the most recent e-mail that’s been sent to you. We recommend deleting the e-mail once you’ve clicked the link.

Tip: Check your security policies

Some security systems will automatically click on links in e-mails to check for phishing, malware, viruses and other malicious threats. If these have been clicked, it won’t work when you try to click on the link.
