Poland’s third-largest bank worked with Fiserv to create a centralized, customer-friendly solution for fees and product management, gaining a 360-degree view of each customer based on aggregated data from multiple systems.

Bank Zachodni WBK (BZ WBK) replaced their complex structure for account services and fee calculations with a new pricing and billing module. Integrated with the Signature® platform, a complete, real-time, scalable solution, this module quickly made a positive impact on customers and staff.
