Fi911 launches ResolveLab, giving payfacs rapid plug and play access to Mastercard Ethoca tools to stop chargebacks, improve trust and protect revenue.

Fi911sister brand of Chargebacks911, today announced the launch of its latest product, ResolveLab, a first-of-its-kind smart-connection hub built exclusively for payment facilitators (payfacs). Leveraging Ethoca’s Consumer Clarity™ and Ethoca Alerts by Mastercard, ResolveLab empowers payfacs and their customers to proactively prevent chargebacks before they occur.

Fi911’s turnkey disputes-as-a-service (DaaS) solution allows payfacs to quickly deploy and resell advanced digital tools for chargeback prevention, subscription management and risk mitigation. Through a single streamlined integration, payfacs will be able to deliver enterprise-level tools—including Ethoca Consumer Clarity, Ethoca Alerts, and Smart Subscription, the latest merchant-facing solution from Mastercard, empowering consumers to manage, pause and amend multiple subscriptions in one place.

According to Fi911, ResolveLab is designed for rapid deployment, with onboarding that takes just minutes. Boasting compatibility with any payment system and supported by hundreds of plug-and-play integrations through the Chargebacks911 platform, it provides a unified, streamlined experience.

“Payfacs need a fast, scalable way to deliver more value to every merchant they serve, especially in emerging markets where integration hurdles have slowed adoption of proactive dispute tools,” says Monica Eaton, CEO of Fi911. “ResolveLab changes that dynamic. With a single, smart connection, payfacs can connect their ecosystems to premium Ethoca and Mastercard services, protect merchants with digital, up-front chargeback prevention, and collect more revenue by eliminating avoidable disputes and subscriber churn.”

“In today’s digital world, it’s vital that payfacs, and others delivering merchant services are able to deploy advanced alerting, purchase-transparency, and subscription-management solutions more readily, unhindered by complex onboarding and fragmented integrations.” says Gaurav Mittal, EVP, Ethoca by Mastercard “This partnership is another step forward in eliminating these barriers, empowering merchants with our leading dispute resolution and fraud-prevention tools whilst enabling the best possible experience for consumers.”

By integrating these tools, payfacs give their merchants the ability to enhance consumer experience by providing real-time transparency and proactive dispute resolution, as well as access to additional fraud insights and value-added services through a single consolidated platform. This plug-and-play approach empowers payfacs to access enterprise-grade solutions, providing merchants with the capabilities they need without additional development, coding, or operational overhead.

ResolveLab’s core promise is captured in its tagline: Connect, Protect, and Collect. By providing turnkey onboarding and a single integration point, the platform enables payfacs to connect their systems seamlessly across complex merchant hierarchies. By reducing unnecessary chargebacks and improving the customer experience, payfacs and their merchants can collect more revenue, strengthen retention, and manage subscription lifecycles more efficiently. Together, these benefits create a connected ecosystem where every transaction can be trusted, verified, and preserved.

ResolveLab is available to payfacs globally. To request a demo or meeting, visit resolvelab.com.
