Exactly.com, a UK-based international payment provider, recently showcased its full-stack payment solution at the Retail Technology Show, which took place at ExCel London from March 2-3, 2025. The in-house-built system is designed to accelerate e-commerce businesses’ revenue, lower acquisition costs, and prevent fraud.

According to Retail Week’s ‘How They’ll Spend It’ 2025 report, only 8% of UK shoppers plan to increase their spending this year, while 72% are waiting for major shopping events to make purchases. Meanwhile, 73% of UK consumers continue to express concerns about the high cost of living. In the face of these challenges—low profit margins, increased competition, and reduced spending—e-commerce merchants must find ways to optimise operations, grow a loyal customer base, and reduce acquisition costs while still scaling their businesses.

In response to current market conditions, Exactly.com presented a bespoke payment solution combining a tailored approach with extensive account-based client support to help every e-commerce business scale.

Exactly.com Payment Expert Saran Talasila explained: “We have observed that the fintech market sometimes struggles to offer necessary client support to small e-commerce merchants. At Exactly.com, we’re committed to raising the standards of the payment industry—not just through technological advancements, but also by prioritising exceptional business support every step of the way.”

Saran also noted that with over 10 years of experience in the fintech market, Exactly.com had gained considerable knowledge in adapting its technology to meet the exact needs of e-commerce businesses of all sizes: “Our platform’s flexibility allows us to offer a payment one-stop shop where merchants can receive, send, and analyse incoming and outgoing transactions all in one place. We also take a proactive approach by identifying opportunities to scale through analysis and optimisation of the entire payment flow—from improving checkout design to increasing acceptance rates by up to 19.3%.”

Exactly.com’s full-stack payment platform is directly integrated with major global and local payment methods, helping businesses reduce processing costs and accelerating time to market. In addition, the in-house-built infrastructure not only enables unlimited scalability for seamless operations during sales surges or rapid expansion but is backed by cascading and intelligent routing to increase approval rates and improve the overall checkout experience.

At the Retail Technology Show 2025, Exactly.com presented various full-cycle financial management solutions aimed at helping merchants accelerate revenue, keep acquisition costs low and prevent fraud. The showcase included over 150+ alternative payment options, from popular card payments such as Mastercard, Visa, and UnionPay to Apple Pay, Google Pay, open banking, and subscription-based models to ensure a non-stop service and more predictable cash flow.

Tip: Check your spam

Sometimes our e-mails end up in spam. Make sure to check your spam folder for e-mails from The Payments Association

Tip: Check “other” tabs

Most modern e-mail clients now separate e-mails into different tabs. For example, Outlook has an “Other” tab, and Gmail has tabs for different types of e-mails, such as promotional.

Tip: Click the link within 60 minutes

For security reasons the link will expire after 60 minutes. Try submitting the login form again and wait a few seconds for the e-mail to arrive.

Make sure you’re clicking the link on the most recent e-mail that’s been sent to you. We recommend deleting the e-mail once you’ve clicked the link.

Some security systems will automatically click on links in e-mails to check for phishing, malware, viruses and other malicious threats. If these have been clicked, it won’t work when you try to click on the link.
