Consult Hyperion – Dunedin private equity firm seals £44m fintech deal

Private equity firm Dunedin has invested £44m in a fintech firm in the third largest investment seen in the sector in the UK this year.

Advisers on the deal included PwC, Dickson Minto, Consult Hyperion, Edgar Dunn and FT Partners.
