Cardaq welcomes a new chapter with Noyan Nihat as co-CEO and Dmitrijs Grebnevs as COO, bringing experience, vision, and focus on growth.
At Cardaq, things are moving fast! August brought big changes, with Noyan Nihat entering the role of co-CEO, and Dmitrijs Grebnevs becoming our new chief operating officer (COO)!
These changes will bring a positive next chapter for Cardaq, with both Noyan and Dmitrijs bringing incredible experience and a shared vision for success.
Let’s talk about Noyan Nihat:
Cardaq are excited and delighted Noyan has stepped into the role of co-CEO and executive director. With Hugo and Noyan working together, everyone at Cardaq has complete trust that both leaders will create a strong and bright future for Cardaq. Noyan brings over 20 years of experience, founded EMI’s and also has a strong banking background. When Noyan was asked what inspired him to take this step, he purely put,“Hugo Remi! We share the same passion and craving for innovation. Hugo and I are fully aligned in our vision.” Noyan is a natural born leader, commenting on his leadership philosophy of “Integrity, open communication, and education. No matter your position, we’re all learning every day.”

In addition, since Dmitrijs Grebnevs has become COO, his new focus is on:

Dmitrijs’s leadership style is results-oriented, supportive and pragmatic! Dmitrijs demonstrates his drive, seeing opportunities in raising quality standards, expanding services both vertically and horizontally, and launching new ones. Furthermore, Dmitrijs comments on how he thinks company and office culture should be, “I believe in placing a high level of trust in employees’ areas of expertise, while maintaining balance through thoughtful verification and challenging questions.
