
Helen Fairfax-Wall is a digital policy specialist with 15 years experience. Beginning her career at Directgov she moved to Number 10 where she leveraged digital reach into some of the UK’s largest policy agendas including the UK’s presidency of G8 and the 2012 Olympics. In 2014 Helen joined the Government Digital Service (GDS) and became Head of National Transformation in 2018 with responsibility for devolved and regional digital policy. In 2022 Helen joined the consumer association Which? as Head of Digital and Fraud Policy. She leads a dedicated team focused on a safe, trusted, fair online environment for UK consumers.
