Community Platform

Become an Payments Association member and gain access to the Payments Association online community platform

In this increasingly digital world that we find ourselves, never has there been a time when staying connected has been more important.

Since the pandemic began, we have been looking for new ways to keep our members connected and our online community has been created especially for that purpose.  It gives members a year-round opportunity to connect with key stakeholders from across the payments value chain.

Available for members via desktop and the Payments Association app.

Set up to facilitate conversation between members and provide a user-friendly platform to help you make the most of your Payments Association member benefits, you can:

  • Directly connect with other Payments Association members at any time through private chats
  • Conduct unlimited searches of the member directory and swap business cards
  • Join discussions and post your questions to others via the community wall
  • Share your Press Releases and thought leadership pieces with the industry in real-time
  • Get access to exclusive Payments Association content and resources including whitepapers, webinars and blog posts

What are the benefits of using our Community Platform?

Join our Project Open Forums and Open Mic Sessions

Keep up to date with what our Project Teams are up to and pose your questions to them by joining one of the open forum groups on the community platform.  Here you will be able to access the Open Mic sessions, see what webinars, whitepapers and HMT responses are in the pipeline and have your say before they are published.

Project team members will host regular open mic sessions within these groups where you can reach out and ask any questions you may have.  Designed to be informal ‘over coffee’ type get togethers they are open for all members to join.

Here’s how to join…

  1. Login to the community platform either on your desktop or via the app and click on the community icon (see the blue one along the bottom highlighted in the screenshot).

2. Click on Discover then See all to get a list of all the groups available to join up.

3. Select one from the list which has Open Forum at the end.

4. Click on the information icon at the top right.

5. Scroll down and click Join this group.

Don’t forget if you are using the app to turn on notifications so you are always up to date.
