Since the pandemic began, we have been looking for new ways to keep our members connected and our online community has been created especially for that purpose. It gives members a year-round opportunity to connect with key stakeholders from across the payments value chain.

Set up to facilitate conversation between members and provide a user-friendly platform to help you make the most of your Payments Association member benefits, you can:
Keep up to date with what our Project Teams are up to and pose your questions to them by joining one of the open forum groups on the community platform. Here you will be able to access the Open Mic sessions, see what webinars, whitepapers and HMT responses are in the pipeline and have your say before they are published.
Project team members will host regular open mic sessions within these groups where you can reach out and ask any questions you may have. Designed to be informal ‘over coffee’ type get togethers they are open for all members to join.
Here’s how to join…
2. Click on Discover then See all to get a list of all the groups available to join up.
3. Select one from the list which has Open Forum at the end.
4. Click on the information icon at the top right.
5. Scroll down and click Join this group.
Don’t forget if you are using the app to turn on notifications so you are always up to date.
